How It Works in Just 3 Simple Steps:

#1:   Book your trip on using your Peter Pan PERKS account

#2:   If you find a lower fare on another bus company’s website, for the same itinerary, within 24 hours of purchase, contact Customer Care (1-800-343-9999 or online )

#3:   Once we confirm the lower fare, we’ll issue a credit for the difference in fare to your Peter Pan PERKS account for future travel

Lowest Price Guarantee Guidelines:

  • The difference between the original e-ticket and the lower online fare will be issued as credit into your Peter Pan PERKS account
  • If calling Customer Care with a lower price, the lower fare must be available to be viewed by our representatives
  • The date, place of origin and destination, and number of passengers for the lower fare ticket should matches that on the original e-ticket
  • The departure time of travel for the lower fare ticket is within 15 minutes to that departure time on the original e-ticket
  • Fees, discounts and special promotion prices are excluded – difference in fares are based solely on full-fare online ticket fares
  • Lower fare trip must be available for sale
  • Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to lower fares found on, third-party websites such as Wanderu or Bus Bud, tickets purchased in terminals, commuter tickets, or charter services.
