Certain circumstances, such as weather conditions, may create conditions where service would be cancelled for the safety of our customers.
In the event service is cancelled, customers will be notified in two (2) ways:
1. Cancelled Service Announcements are posted as a banner across the top of our website home page listing when and which services are affected*
2. Customers who purchased e-tickets from peterpanbus.com, whose schedule are affected, will receive an email notification from our Customer Care Center*
*Please note, due to the sometimes limited time frame of service cancellations it may not always be possible to remove each affected service from our online schedules or contact every customer.
In some cases of severe weather or emergencies, notifications of service cancellations may also be available from local media/news outlets.
During times of forecasted inclement weather conditions or states of emergency, or if you received a notification from us stating your intended planned schedule was affected, we suggest confirming your intended planned schedule by viewing the website advisory or contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-800-343-9999.
If contacting us, please inform us your schedule may have been affected. Our team will confirm if your schedule has been affected and assist you with finding a new alternate schedule.
Once service has been scheduled to resume, updated information will be posted as a banner across the top of our website home page.
In the event service is cancelled due to inclement weather, tickets for cancelled services will be valid to be re-issued for three (3) days once service resumes. Please have your ticket re-issued for no fee for your new intended schedule at your departing location.
If your schedule was not cancelled, the standard guidelines for changing and refunding tickets applies.
If connecting to or from another bus carrier, mode of transit, or using local transit, please check with that carrier for any possible changes in service.
