Schedule changes

We make adjustments to our schedules several times per year. Even with planned schedule changes, due to unforeseen factors, rarely some schedules are subject to change without timely notice.

Any change in schedules will be made available to customers in three (3) ways:

1. Schedule Change Announcements are posted as a banner across the top of our website home page prior to the change date(s) listing which services are being adjusted, or added, in the upcoming schedule change
2. Website schedules are adjusted to reflect the upcoming planned services
3. Customers who purchased e-tickets from, whose schedule will be affected by the schedule adjustments, will receive an email notification from our Customer Care Center

Prior to your trip, or if you received a notification from us stating your intended planned schedule was affected, we suggest confirming your intended planned schedule by viewing the website advisory, checking your schedule online or contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-800-343-9999.

If contacting us, please inform us your schedule may have been affected. Our team will confirm if your schedule has been affected and assist you with finding a new alternate schedule.

If your schedule is cancelled due to a schedule change, please have your ticket re-issued for no fee for your new intended schedule (on the same travel day as originally planned) at your departing location.
