All customers are required to have their e-ticket printed in order to board – the confirmation page or tickets displayed on electronic devices are not able to be accepted.
If you do have access to a printer we recommend to purchase your ticket(s) in person at your departing location. E-tickets may be printed at select terminals and agencies (a fee may apply). Use our Stations & Stops page to view if your departing location prints e-tickets.
Upon purchase, a confirmation containing your e-ticket confirmation number will display on your browser - please either write down your confirmation number or print the confirmation page.
An email containing your e-ticket and itinerary will be sent to the email address provided during the order. Please check your “junk” or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error.
E-tickets should be printed full page, single sided and contain the bar code.
E-Tickets can be re-printed from our “Re-Print” page using your ticket confirmation number, the last name of the primary passenger and the zip (postal) code used during purchase. E-tickets are only available to be printed from the re-print page before the initial travel date and time (round-trip tickets should be printed by the travel date and time of the going portion).
Printing requires a current version of Adobe Reader (ex: version 8.0 or above).
If you did not receive the ticket confirmation email, contact our Customer Care Center at 800-343-9999 for assistance. Please have your ticket confirmation number, itinerary, the passenger name and billing information available.
