Applying for a refund

Once you have confirmed your ticket is refundable, the original purchaser may apply for a refund by submitting the ticket(s) to our Refund Department within the validity period of the ticket by:

When contacting the Refund Department please include:

• Your full name
• Mailing address (where the refund check should be mailed to)
• Phone number
• The bus ticket(s) (please do not send copies)
• A brief note requesting the reason for the refund

We recommend making a copy of your ticket(s) for your records.

Refunds will be issued as a check addressed to the purchaser. Please allow ten to fifteen (10-15) business days from when we receive the ticket(s) to process and mail the refund check.


*Please note:

E-tickets purchased through are non-refundable.

However, if service is cancelled due to inclement weather or a schedule change, if you are not able to reschedule your trip you may apply for a refund here (please do not mail e-tickets to the address above).
