To purchase a refundable fare – select the time/date/origin/destination you would like to travel on.

Before checking out you will be able to make your ticket a REFUNDABLE ticket for an additional fee!

Refundable fares are only valid on unused tickets purchased prior to departure.

If you’ve used one way of a round trip ticket, the fare associated with the unused portion of your trip is refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Peter Pan’s Customer Care online www.peterpanbus.com/request at least 2 hours prior to departure date and time.

All departure, terminal & refundable fare fees are not included in the refund.

Only tickets that are purchased as refundable fares are considered refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
