Would I be able to be refunded for an unused ticket

We are sorry to hear you were unable to complete your trip with us in the way you or the company may have originally intended. The ticket you purchased was a reservation for a specific trip and is non-refundable as disclosed and agreed upon payment.
If your travel date has not yet passed, you may contact us up to 2 hours prior to your original departure time to reissue your ticket for a new date and time for a flat ticket exchange fee of $7.50/$12.50 (per ticket, based on the cost of the ticket) and any difference for the cost for the new ticket. You can solely change your ticket at the nearest Peter Pan Agency or over the phone with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-343-9999.
