Help with your Ticket Order


After your ticket purchase is complete, a confirmation email containing your ticket and/or QR code will be sent to the email address provided during the order. 


Please check your “junk” or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error. 


If you did not receive the ticket confirmation email, contact our Customer Care Center at peterpanbus.com/request for assistance. We recommend contacting Customer Care before purchasing another ticket. 


Please have your ticket confirmation number, itinerary, email address, the customer name and billing information available.
