Help with your Ticket Order

After your ticket purchase is complete, a confirmation email containing your ticket and/or QR code will be sent to the email address provided during the order. 

Please check your “junk” or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error. 

If you did not receive the ticket confirmation email, contact our Customer Care Center at for assistance. We recommend contacting Customer Care before purchasing another ticket. 

Please have your ticket confirmation number, itinerary, email address, the customer name and billing information available.

Help with your Peter Pan Account

If you are having difficulty to log into your Peter Pan account, try the following steps:

When you receive the email notification for the password reset, please either click on the link in the email or copy-and-paste the link into your web browser. You will then be asked to enter a new password twice. 

Once the new password is accepted you will be brought back to to log in to your account.
