Peter Pan offers frequent daily service from many locations to New York City. All our services depart and arrive at the New York Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42nd Street, between 6 & 8th Avenue in Manhattan.
Port Authority Terminal consists of two separate buildings:
The North Terminal 8th Avenue & 42nd Street
The South Terminal – 8th Avenue & 40th Street
All Peter Pan and Greyhound buses arrive and depart from the North Terminal
All Peter Pan Bonanza buses arrive and depart from the South Terminal
If you are traveling to/from New York City, here are some travel tips:
Tickets for Peter Pan services can be purchased at either the Greyhound/Trailways ticket counter (in the North and South Wing) or from the Adirondack/New York Trailways ticket counter (in the South Wing).
Peter Pan E-Tickets can be printed at the following locations within the Port Authority:
-Adirondack/New York Trailways ticket counter (in the South Wing) for $5.00 per ticket (if there are two customers it will cost $10.00 etc...)
-Greyhound Bus Lines ticket counter (in the North Wing- subway level). The re-print station is near the kiosks - there is no charge for re-print from this location.
You confirmation number, the passenger last name and the zip code used when purchasing the order is required for re-printing the ticket.
Please also note, e-tickets are not able to be printed once the travel time (on the ticket) has passed.
The NY Port Authority Bus Terminal is approximately ten (10) blocks from Penn Station and approximately seven (7) blocks from Grand Central Station. While Peter Pan does not provide service to or from either train terminals, taxi service to these locations is widely available at the NY Port Authority.
It is advised to double check with the Information Booth as to the current gate assignments, as gates are subject to change.
